EXCHANGE 备份时错误提示

请教一下各位，用VERITAS对EXCHANGE数据库所在分区进行整盘磁带备份时出现以下错误提示，请指教。 
 
ERROR: The Open File Option does not currently support the ability to follow mount points.

你可能没有购买AOF许可，或AOF许可在该点不可使用。

如果你需要备份EXCHANGE，还需要购买EXCHANGE AGANT

我已经有EXCHANGE组件了，单独备份邮件是没问题的。
