邮件发送失败，错误提示，请各位判断错误原因

r5的邮件，发送邮件时，经常出现发送失败的情况，失败的退回邮件中的提示也各不相同，很多都不能判断出邮件发送失败的原因，请各位帮忙判断，为什么发送失败？原因在哪里！<br>
另外，在mail.box队列中经常有信件排队3天以上也没有发送出去，依旧在排队，这是怎么造成的，有没有办法解决或是提高其递送的优先级？<br>

上面的问题中除了dns和block的，其他大都不知道如何造成的，具体是什么问题，什么环节或因素造成的呢？<br>
这些问题困扰我很久了，面对用户的追问，没有合理的解释，实在不好受啊，请各位帮忙解释错误原因。<br>

1/ 向 mx-2.INDO.NET.ID; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 Service unavailable; Client host [202.105.xxx.xxx] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Spam Received See: <a target=_blank href=http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?202.105.117.106>http://www.dnsbl.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?202.105.117.106</a> 传送时出错<br>
原因，国外垃圾邮件组织封锁了整个中国地区的<br>
2/ To smtp.DATASCOPE.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 Mail from xxxg@xxx.com.cn rejected for policy reasons. Error in transmission.<br>
<br>
原因，查证为对方要求反向dns解析，解决dns解析后邮件即恢复<br>
