如何解除IP及换IP

我们公司的IP被mail-abuse列为黑名单，RBL,DUL.RSS上都有我们的IP。发邮件后的回复是不能移除。

请教几个问题
1.spamhaus 上我们没有被列为spam，现在公司邮箱（域名结局）收发gmail也正常，没有问题，请问被mail-abuse列为黑名单有影响不？
2.如果有影响，用vpn上网，会被查到真实IP不？
3.如果想查到国外客户发邮件时的IP， 有这样的软件不？谢谢。

1：如果你的是动态的IP，在黑名单中是经常的事情，一般情况下，使用spamhaus的比较多，其次是cbl.abuseat.org，主要还是看对方的邮局设置了那些RBL的查询。
2：只要你上网，你的外网IP是肯定可以看到的，你通讯的内网IP也是可以看到的
3：不需要软件，查看邮件的邮件头就可以看到了
