不能向国外的客户发送邮件

公司用Exchange server 2003的邮件系统，
与 Indian 的一个客户不能使用邮箱联系，他对我的邮箱不能收发，我对他的也是一样。

我的问题是，对方在他们的邮件服务器上是不是将我的邮箱列到黑名单中了？我想不是我这边服务器的问题。

我的退信信息贴出来了，请你帮我看一下。

似乎是黑名单导致的。你先确认一下你的收件人地址是正确的，再看你的黑名单中是否有对方的地址，最后确认收件方是否把你添加到黑名单当中。

如果上面都无法测试，你可以使用别的系统比如网易的邮箱给他发一个邮件，如果能收到，那确认可能是对方把你加入了黑名单（或者你的发件人也有黑名单设定）

哦，这样呀，那我用gmail给他发邮件吧，很大的可能是他把我放黑名单了。

一般黑名单导致的问题是单方面的收发不正常，也就是你的服务器能收到对方邮件，对方收不到你的邮件。如果双方面的应该从其他方面查了。
