有个老外发来的邮件老是退信，其他的都正常，我发给他也正常。

退信报告如下：

What should you do?

You can resend the undeliverable document to the recipients listed above by choosing the Resend button or the Resend command on the Actions menu.
Once you have resent the document you may delete this Delivery Failure Report.
If resending the document is not successful you will receive a new failure report.
Unless you receive other Delivery Failure Reports, the document was successfully delivered to all other recipients.

我让对方telnet mx.xinnetdns.com 25 后的结果如下：
220 globalmailgateway2.xinnet.com ESMTP
421 Exceeded allowable connection time, disconnecting.

Connection to host lost.

询问我们的邮件代理商，说是对方的问题，对方那边就发到我这个邮件地址不成功。不确定到底是谁的问题。请教论坛大虾帮我解释下。谢谢

根据老大写的http://www.5dmail.net/bbs/thread-3360-1-1.html这里操作
mail from:JimPCarloni@thebensolgroup.com
250 sender <JimPCarloni@thebensolgroup.com> ok
rcpt to:anna@kehongtextile.com
250 recipient <anna@kehongtextile.com> ok
一切都正常。

但是有时候打这2个命令时

会出现以下的提示
500 #5.5.1 command not recognized

有时候打rcpt to:anna@kehongtextile.com时

会出现503 #5.5.1 MAIL first
就弄不懂是什么问题了

我们给对方发了检查请求如下

尊敬的客户:
   您好！您的邮件地址发送至我们的anna@kehongtextile.com一直无法发送成功，根据您的退信报告可判断出您的邮件服务器无法正常连接 SMTP host KEHONGTEXTILE.COM。可能导致这一问题的原因是您的邮箱服务器解析有问题。请联系您的邮箱服务商进行检查处理这一问题即可。
   所以，如果要解决贵公司邮箱无法发送至anna@kehongtextile.com的情况，必须让贵公司的邮箱服务商进行检查并处理，所需要检查的我方的邮件服务器地址为mail.kehongtextile.com。另外附上我方邮件服务器的入口地址mx.xinnetdns.com。请检查这两个邮件服务器地址在贵司的邮件服务器上面的解析是否正确，如果不正确，请贵公司邮箱服务商予以解决，解决后，我们双方的邮件通信就会一切正常。

好像一切正常。所以不清楚到底谁的问题啦
