IP被挡,要如何解除呀?

这是一个老的话题，又重新拿上来了，方法也有不少，可一直没有一个比较好且很有效的方法，请各位帮看看：

整个B段IP都给封了，我看你想解是很难

我也查过，如下呀，现在发国外邮件就不能发了，总不能说换IP吧？就是换IP也不是根本的解决办法哟

不全只能找找看Micro RBL+的信息了，应该找的到。个人感觉也可以解

趋势科技 RBL+ 服务：该项服务查阅开放式中继名单 (open-relay list)、开放式代理服务器名单 (open proxy list)、实时黑洞名单 (black-hole list) 及拨号用户名单 (dial-up user list) 四个数据库内的数据，检查可疑的IP地址。

这个只能在对方服务器上查得到,自己服务器是查不到的

解是可以解的,但好像没有想象中的容易哟
