[达人求助]一个国外的邮件接收发送问题

公司的邮件服务器放在电信机房，用的是mdaemon 7.12中文版，发往国外的一个客户公司的邮件显示已发送，但是客户反映没有收到邮件。客户发过来的邮件我们也无法接收，客户公司使用的也是独立的邮件服务器。<br>
除了这一家公司之外，没有发现其他客户反映有这种情况。<br>
下面是客户公司发给我们的退信内容。<br>
