windows 2008 AD 導入導出

新裝2008 server，想將舊服務器2000 server上的AD用戶導出，然後在2008中導入。我已將2008密碼策略改為簡單的密碼策略，允許空密碼。參考liwentao的教程，在2008中新建OU=test,用 csvde -i -f c:\user.txt 導入，出現如下提示：

想導出2008 AD,出現如下提示：
