发信退信问题

两家公司在一座城市，都是有MD自己建的邮件服务器，不同的是一家公司用的网通的线路，一家公司用的电信的，现在网通的能发信给电信，但是电信的发给网通出现退信。

先把网络连接质量和速度提高看看。

网络是光纤，速度和稳定性很高的，应该可以排除，期待高人指点。
