   我申诉填完整，对方就自动给我回了：

我昨天2008年11月26日找电信大客户经理，今天（2008-11-27 ）打电话给电信大客。对方告诉我下周可以解除了。希望被该组织列入的同志也找电信出面吧。不然对方不会去掉的，祝大家好运

我回信问为什么要我的ISP才能解除我的IP地址。结果给我回复是：

Thank you for your email.  In any case, this range of IPs is owned by CHINANET.  Since it is their IP
space and they are ultimately responsible for it, any request for removal must come from them.  If
you happen to speak to your ISP, please invite them to contact us at this address, rbl@mail-
abuse.com, so that we can resolve this issue.  Thanks again.
