给他们联系了。他们给我发了一封邮件,我都不知道如保去解决。真是郁闷。
Hello,
to have this SBL listing removed, please follow this procedure:
1) read the SBL listing page:
http://www.spamhaus.org/SBL/sbl.lasso?query=SBL109371
to understand that the listing is due to the fact that a criminal
gang is using your server to send spam to thousands of users with
the purpose of stealing their bank access credentials.
2) follow the link labeled as 'How to fix - PLEASE READ' from that
page, and read the FAQ, explaining the nature of the problem and
giving guidelines for fixing it. Since your run Exchange, the
FAQ entry immediately following may also be useful.
3) fix the problem. It involves analyzing your mailserver logs to
understand where precisely the security hole is. In most cases
it is a compromised password, but it could be something else.
If you do not technically operate the mail server, please ask
your IT support people to do this.
4) check the mail queue and clear all spams that may still be
in it, waiting to be delivered. The outbound mail queue must
contain only legitimate mail generated by your organization.
5) contact the abuse/security desk of your ISP (Chinanet Guangdong), explain
them the situation and what you have done to solve the problem.
The will then contact us for removal, if they believe that the
problem has been solved.
6) upon receiving the request from the ISP, we verify that the spam
flow has stopped and then we remove the listing.
Sincerely,
Natale M Bianchi
