如何确认自己的邮件服务器被屏蔽
现在在使用icewarp的邮件系统的时候,跟163和yahoo.cn收发正常.....但是hotmail就没正常过,,还包括某些自己公司建立的邮件系统,,,例如大唐电信共业科技等等,,,,这些都不重要,HOTMAIL怎么解决了?

不正常是怎么样的情况呢？退信还是发得过去没有到收件方的收件箱？

hotmail发给自己，没有退信和失败的信息
自己发给hotmail。也是这样。
现在自己发给hotmail 有了退信了
