FreeBSD+Qmail+SpamAssassin,前任网管做的，但垃圾邮件过滤功能关闭了，如何打开？

SpamAssassin已经安装上去了，只是先前这个功能一直关闭的，如何打开这个垃圾邮件过滤功能？请高手指教。 
关于spam的进程情况如下：

要使用 spamassassin 功能，需要有 qmail-scanner 或者 maildrop 等软件的配合。 
 
如果你的webmail是使用igenus的话,你可以参考下iGENUS3商业版,此版本中已经实现了该功能，用户可以自行设置是否使用和功能开启。地址是:

是不是表明我的过滤器已经打开？但为什么一点过滤的效果也没有，也没有出现带spamd头的邮件！
