端口被关，怎么能用outlook收邮件？

如果Outlook Expresst不能鉴别你正在使用的代理服务器,而Web Proxy的"Access Control"又开启了,将导致这一错误. <br>

CAUSE<br>
This issue can occur if Outlook Express cannot authenticate you using Proxy Server and Access Control is enabled for Web Proxy. <br>
