只能发国内邮箱，发国外邮箱就退信我的邮件服务器是公司自建的，采用WINWEBMAIL，光纤固定IP接入方式。目前只能发国内邮箱，发国外的邮箱就退信，如：550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's已做域名反向解析，

我的IP有两记录，但我查网易等国内邮件服务商的也有此两条记录，有的还有三四条记录，发信也正常。
